Marc Stevens is a Partner at Main Street Insurance Group with over 25 years of experience advising business owners, HR leaders, and executives on employee benefits, healthcare strategy, and risk management. Known for his practical, client-first approach, Marc helps organizations simplify complexity, improve outcomes, and better support their people.
Before joining Main Street, Marc spent 17 years at McGriff Insurance Services, leading healthcare strategy for a wide range of employers. He holds a degree in Business Management from NC State and is a Registered Health Underwriter. Marc is also an active nonprofit board member, focused on education and community impact.

Lauren Roberson is a seasoned nurse practitioner and the Head of Nurse Advocacy at Connect Healthcare Collaboration (CHC). With over a decade of clinical experience, she has dedicated her career to bridging the gap between healthcare systems and the individuals they serve. Her passion for patient advocacy was ignited by personal experiences, notably her father’s battle with cancer, which highlighted the complexities and shortcomings of the healthcare system.
At CHC, Lauren leads a team that combines data analytics with compassionate care to proactively identify and support at-risk plan members. By integrating comprehensive health data—including medical and pharmacy claims—her team provides personalized guidance, ensuring members understand their benefits and receive timely, appropriate care.
Lauren’s innovative approach has not only improved individual health outcomes but also demonstrated significant cost savings for employers. Under her leadership, CHC has seen increased engagement in health programs and a notable return on investment, emphasizing the value of personalized nurse advocacy in today’s healthcare landscape
A graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Master of Science in Nursing, Lauren continues to advocate for a healthcare system that prioritizes patient understanding and proactive care.

Paul is a seasoned strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and employee benefits. As Chief Commercial Officer at Wellnecity, he spearheads innovative approaches to health plan management, delivering exceptional value and outcomes for clients and plan members.
Previously, Paul served as Senior Vice President at Transcarent, where he led the development of a premier Centers of Excellence network, achieving a 99% client retention rate and driving significant market expansion. His career also includes leadership roles at Employer Direct Healthcare and top medical device companies like Stryker and DuPuy, where he excelled in operational efficiency, strategic growth, and client success.
With expertise in building high-performing teams, fostering innovation, and navigating complex challenges, Paul is committed to transforming healthcare delivery, improving access, and driving sustainable industry change.

Sally Pace, CEO, Connect Healthcare Collaboration (Moderator)

Sally Pace is CEO of Connect Healthcare Collaboration, the marketing engine that powers the benefits industry and connects benefits advisors, employers and healthcare solutions. CHC is comprised of four business lines – CHC Marketing, CHC Advocacy, CHC Enrollment and Engagement, and The Granite List. In 2019, Connect was recognized as a World Congress Health Value Awards finalist and has been accredited by the Validation Institute for their outcomes.
Prior to her role at Connect, Sally served as senior vice president of marketing and communication for FTN Financial, the fixed income sales, research and trading arm of Memphis-based First Horizon National Corp (NYSE: FHNC). While in the financial industry, Sally served on the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s National Diversity and Inclusion Task Force, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s National Marketing and Compliance Review Committee.
Previously, Sally held a variety of positions within AutoZone and at HGTV. Sally also played an integral role in the development of a program called MemphisConnect, a tool used by the city’s corporate leaders to attract and retain top talent. Because of her work around building this model, Sally was tapped by the Brookings Institution in 2008 to participate in a global discussion on “the war for talent.” She was one of 15 U.S. leaders invited to participate in the event in Turin, Italy.
Outside of her work life, Sally has volunteered her time to a variety of civic and charitable organizations. She is board chair of Memphis Tourism, a Past President of the Junior League of Memphis and serves on the board of NEXUS. Sally is also a member of the International Women’s Forum and the Self-Insurance Institute of America’s Workers Compensation Programs committee. She has served on several nonprofit boards throughout her career, as well as the Knowledge Enhancement Committee of the Memphis Regional Chamber’s International Business Council. Additionally, Sally is a Fellow of New Memphis Institute and a graduate of their Masters program, has been named to the Memphis Business Journal’s Super Women in Business, Top 40 Under 40, and has been tapped as a Power Player in the field of Philanthropy by Memphis Business Quarterly.
